We have spent more than 25 years in the boardrooms of some of the world’s leading companies and alongside the most successful teams in elite sport. Time and again, we have seen the same thing: organisations where people merely function instead of flourish leave vast performance potential untapped. Founded by Prof. Dr Wolfgang Jenewein, the consultancy JENEWEIN grew out of leadership research at the University of St Gallen – and out of 25 years working with the top leadership teams across the DACH region.
