What is the JENEWEIN Academy?
The JENEWEIN Academy is the development offering for experienced leaders by JENEWEIN AG. In close collaboration with experts from science, business and elite sport, JENEWEIN offers Masterclasses, Bootcamps, an annual Retreat and a leadership community to help leaders develop strategically across topics such as positive leadership, self-management, resilience, collaboration, high-performance mindset, rhetoric and more.
Who is the JENEWEIN Academy for?
The development offerings of the JENEWEIN Academy are designed for leaders across all sectors and functions. Initial experience leading teams and people is an advantage. The Executive Retreat is an offering specifically for senior managers on the brink of moving into the C-suite.
Are there scholarships or funding options available?
Through the JENEWEIN Academy Scholarships, we offer a limited number of places in our programmes at reduced rates for leaders from NGOs, associations and other non-profit organisations. If you work in such a role as your main occupation and are interested in the JNW Academy Scholarship, please get in touch with us.
Are there programmes for teams or whole organisations?
