Dr. Zaniyar Sharifi

Shaped by precision, drive and a clear ambition to make an impact, Dr Zani Sharifi built his career in the finance sector. Growing up in the Swiss valley of watchmakers, he developed an early sense for quality, detail and the interplay between people and systems. This combination still shapes his work today: close to people, clear in his message, consistently focused on impact, and always with an eye for the details.

As Partner and Speaker at JENEWEIN, he works with leadership teams in keynotes and workshops on high-performance teams, change management and positive leadership. Before JENEWEIN, he gained experience at Capgemini and Deloitte, researched at the Institute for Customer Insight at the University of St Gallen, and, as founder and Managing Director, led one of the leading think tanks in the Swiss finance industry. He knows how organisations really tick – and where their untapped potential lies.

What drives him is not the transfer of knowledge, but the chance to give people the right nudge at the right moment. His talks are therefore not lectures, but conversations among equals. Even in large groups, Zaniyar manages to create personal connection and closeness quickly. With stories that land and impulses chosen with great sensitivity to the people in front of him. That he has also taught martial arts on the side surprises only at first glance. Because perhaps this part also explains his attitude: the will to seek, recognise and consistently seize opportunities in every moment.
